Service · Priority Dispatch

Accident recovery.

After a collision, the priority is safety first, vehicle second. We assess the scene, stabilize the vehicle, and recover it carefully — with the documentation you'll need for insurance.

What's involved

More than just a tow.

Accident recovery isn't the same job as a routine tow. The vehicle may be off the road, resting against a barrier, or structurally compromised. Our approach starts with making the scene safe — for you, for traffic, and for our team — before any recovery equipment is used.

What's included

  • Winching from ditches, verges and barriers
  • Vehicle stabilization before recovery
  • Scene safety — cones, hazard lighting
  • Photo documentation for insurance claims
  • Coordination with police when required

Our process

How it works.

1

Emergency call

Answered 24/7 — tell us your location and what happened.

2

Priority dispatch

Recovery truck sent with scene-safety equipment.

3

Stabilize & recover

Winching and careful extraction, avoiding further damage.

4

Document & deliver

Photos and details for your insurer, vehicle delivered safely.

If you've just had an accident

Move to safety if you can, put on hazard lights, and call us or the police if anyone is injured. Don't attempt to move a badly damaged vehicle yourself — we'll assess whether it's safe to tow or needs stabilization first.

Response & pricing

Accident calls get priority dispatch — we typically arrive within 30–45 minutes on main roads. Villages, remote areas or heavy traffic may take longer to reach, depending on your exact location. That's our arrival time; recovery and any onward transport afterward depends on the situation and job specifics, confirmed with you on-site. Pricing starts from 4,000 ALL; complex recoveries are quoted individually — see the full price list.
